Blue Taste is the first bistrot inspired by the blue zones diet.
Blue Zones? They're the five areas in the world with the healthiest, longest-living populations.
After defining the positioning for the restaurant format, we worked on a brand identity visually highlighting the 5 blue zones, represented by 5 different shapes, and a character dialoguing with the guests to bring them into his world and approach to life.
