Gim Galbani

Lettering

See a tear? So it’s a Gim blue cheese.

Handmade lettering for Galbani Gim, Italy’s famous gorgonzola (blue cheese).

The letterings have been studied to work in a tear-shape: the payoff goes “If you see a tear, it’s a Gim”, since the ’80.

In collaboration with Ogilvy Milan.

If it seems touched when you approach,

it’s the right gorgonzola.

(If you see a tear, it’s a Gim).

If it melts when it sees you,

it’s the right gorgonzola.

(If you see a tear, it’s a Gim).

If it’s hanging on your lips,

it’s the right gorgonzola.

(If you see a tear, it’s a Gim).
